Yes, it is possible to make custom changes to existing designs, like changing the size or length , type or color of gemstone, combining two different designs and more.

I have a product that I want to purchase but it's sold out, what can I do?
Please contact us and we will inform you when the product is back in stock.
My product arrived damaged what should I do?
Please contact us right away up to 7 days of your package arrivals, please include photos of the product.
Our prices do not include Import Duty and GST/VAT applicable in your country.
Yes, we ship worldwide, however there are some countries we are not able to ship, if we can not ship to your location we will contact you immediately and try to find a creative solution if it possible.
From where you ship your package?
We ship either from Israel or Portugal. With which shipping company you ship the package? We ship from Israel or Portugal using the local post service.
Do you provide a tracking number?
Yes we do, when we ship your order you will receive via email the tracking number.
We offer free shipping in Portugal and Israel and free worldwide shipping for orders over 150€.
The cost of shipping to the rest of the world varies according to the place of delivery, we use a regular post service which costs between 5-10 € , if you wish to have a fast shipping service please contact us to check current options.
The final shipping cost will be calculated during checkout.
How long does the shipping take?
It's depend on your location, within Israel or Portugal it may take up 4 working days, European shipping and worldwide shipping will take up to 10-12 working days.
