Shipping policy

Processing your order :

1. All our items are being well cared and packed when sent out from our atelier.
2. As we receive your order it can take us up to 5-7  business days, to process\ customized and prepare your order. 

Shipping :

1.Packages are generally arrived within 2 weeks for domestic delivery and within 5-7 weeks for international delivery, from the date that has been shipped out (not the day of the order).

1. All shipping comes with a tracking number so you  know where your package is at all time. 
2. The cost of shipping varies according to the place of delivery, we use a regular post service which costs between 6-10 € , if you wish to have a fast shipping service please contact us to check current options.
3. In any country, customs can delay packages up to 6 weeks, buyers are responsible for any and all customs charges,  taxes and any additional postal fee.

Packing :

1.Every order that we receive is being sent from either Portugal or Israel .

2.We pack and prepare each package with care and attention in our gift box to make sure it will be protected along the way. 

3.Inside your parcel you will find your invoice,If you are buying a gift please let us know if you would like to add a short hand written card with a custom message.
