Thank you for purchasing an item by Dorin jewelry, we are very glad you like our jewelry and hope you or your loved one will enjoy it. 
All our jewelry are handmade with love and attention, and well thought when designed. 
There are few thing we want to inform you before you complete your order. 

 

Payment methods :

Your order will be shipped as soon as your payment has been settled, there are few ways to complete the payment. 

  1. PayPal - You can easily pay using PayPal,  if you don't have a PayPal account you can pay with a Credit or Debit Card without having to sign up for a PayPal.
  2. Bank transfer -Please me make sure that the full amount  has been transferred.
  3. If you are having any trouble regarding the payment, please feel free to contact us via email. 

Processing your order :

  1. All our items are being well cared and packed when sent out from our atelier.
  2. As we receive your order it can take us up to 5-7  business days, to process\ customized and prepare your order. 

Shipping :

1.Packages are generally arrived within 2 weeks for domestic delivery and within 5-7 weeks for international delivery, from the date that has been shipped out (not the day of the order).

  1. All shipping comes with a tracking number so you  know where your package is at all time. 
  2. The cost of shipping varies according to the place of delivery, we use a regular post service which costs between 6-10 € , if you wish to have a fast shipping service please contact us to check current options.
  3. In any country, customs can delay packages up to 6 weeks, buyers are responsible for any and all customs charges,  taxes and any additional postal fee.

 

Packing :

  1. Every order that we receive is being sent from either Portugal or Israel .
  2. We pack and prepare each package with care and attention in our gift box to make sure it will be protected along the way. 
  3. Inside your parcel you will find your invoice,If you are buying a gift please let us know if you would like to add a short hand written card with a custom message. 

Refund & exchange :

  1. Items can be return within 14 days of receipt of goods.
  2. The cost of returning an item will be at your own expense charge, however, in case of an exchange, we offer free shipping for your new order.
  3. Refund will be given by the same payment methods with a 5 % reduction of the amount due to bank and PayPal commission.  
  4. Refund will be accepted only when the items are back unworn in their original packaging and in the same condition as sent.
